Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Associates for the ATNT Process. This is an international voice process where associates will handle customer queries and provide support related to Wi-Fi services over inbound calls while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

• HSC (12th Pass) and Graduates are eligible.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Benefits

• L1: Up to ₹18,000–₹23,000 per month.
• L2: Up to ₹28,000 per month.

Shift & Week Off

• Rotational Night Shift.
• Any 9-hour shift between 5:30 PM and 11:30 AM.
• 2 Rotational Week Offs per week.

Transport

• Two-way company cab facility.
• One-side company cab + ₹1,750 travel allowance.
• ₹3,500 travel allowance without cab.
• Transport options depend on shift eligibility and company policy.
