Job Overview
First Credit Services is hiring Collection Executives for its USA-based Gym Collections process. This is an international outbound voice process where associates will connect with customers regarding overdue gym membership payments, negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections while delivering a professional customer experience.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th Pass (HSC/Graduate preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
Shift & Week Off
- Fixed Night Shift.
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Week Off.
- 5 Days Working.
