📋 Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for high-end residential construction projects in Delhi. The selected candidate will independently manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgets, resources and coordination with project stakeholders.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end execution of high-end residential construction projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met on site.
• Report project progress and risks to senior management.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on construction experience.
• Substantial experience independently managing high-end residential projects.
• Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

🕐 Interview & Working Hours

First round telephonic, second round face-to-face; Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week, with Saturday & Sunday fixed off.
