We are hiring a Manager – Operations for an International First Party Collection process in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will own end-to-end operations and drive performance, compliance and process improvement.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for the international first-party collections process.
• Set and track performance targets across teams and team leaders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance collections performance and compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business performance updates.
• Lead, mentor and develop team leaders and their teams.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of documented experience as a Manager – Operations.
• Candidates from a first-party collections background will be given priority.
• A valid U.S. visa is mandatory for this role.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview and working; Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week, rotational week off.
