We are hiring a Process Trainer for an International First Party Collection process in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will deliver training programs and support training effectiveness across the assigned process.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for the international first-party collections process.
• Design training content aligned with collections compliance and process requirements.
• Assess trainee performance and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
• Coordinate with quality and operations teams on training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and documentation.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of documented experience as a Process Trainer.
• Candidates from an international first-party collections background will be given priority.
• A valid U.S. visa is mandatory for this role.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview and working; Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week, rotational week off.
