We are hiring a Process Trainer for a Technical International Process in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will deliver process and technical training to new hires and existing agents.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver process and technical training to new hires and existing agents.
• Develop and update training content for technical support processes.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with quality and operations teams to align training with process needs.
• Track training outcomes and report effectiveness.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of documented experience as a Process Trainer from a technical process.
• Strong training delivery and technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview and working; Rotational shifts, 5.5 working days per week, rotational week off.
