We are hiring a Team Leader for an International First Party Collection process in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will lead a team, monitor performance and handle escalations while ensuring collections and compliance targets are met.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team handling international first-party collections.
• Monitor team performance against collections and compliance targets.
• Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and quality.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with quality and compliance teams.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of documented experience as a Team Leader.
• Candidates from an international first-party collections background will be given priority.
• A valid U.S. visa is mandatory for this role.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview and working; Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week, rotational week off.
