📋 Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Analyst for a Domestic Process in Jaipur. The selected candidate will audit calls and interactions, provide feedback to agents and support quality and process improvement initiatives.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Audit calls/interactions to assess agent performance against defined quality parameters.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to agents.
• Prepare and share quality performance reports with stakeholders.
• Participate in calibration sessions and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify training needs based on quality trends.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of documented experience in QA or customer support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and MS Office.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview; Fixed general shift, 6 working days per week, rotational week off.
