We are hiring a Quality Team Leader for a Domestic Process in Jaipur. The selected candidate will lead a team of quality analysts and oversee quality monitoring activities while supporting process improvement.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality analysts and oversee quality monitoring activities.
• Drive calibration sessions and ensure consistency in quality scoring.
• Analyze quality data and present insights to operations leadership.
• Coach and develop quality analysts within the team.
• Support process improvement initiatives based on quality findings.

✅ Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of documented experience as a QTL or Senior QA with team-lead exposure.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with quality monitoring tools and reporting.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview; Fixed general shift, 6 working days per week, rotational week off.
