Lead a team handling legal back-office processes for international clients and manage team performance against quality and turnaround targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team handling legal back-office processes for international clients.
• Monitor and manage team performance against quality and turnaround targets.
• Coach team members and ensure adherence to legal/process compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with quality and training teams for continuous improvement.
• Report performance metrics to senior management.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader in an international back-office process.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and understanding of compliance/process requirements.

Working Details

Face-to-face interview. Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week and rotational week off.
