We are hiring candidates for a Collection Executive role in Delhi for a domestic process. Selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on collection cases and maintaining accurate records as per process guidelines.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of collection calls and outcomes.
• Meet monthly collection targets.
• Follow up on unresolved cases as per process guidelines.
• Adhere to compliance requirements during customer interactions.

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior collections experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a fixed general shift.

🕐 Working Hours

Face-to-face interview; Fixed general shift, 6 working days per week, rotational week off.
