We are hiring candidates for a Customer Support role on an International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will handle international customer queries and provide accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality standards.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries on an international voice process.
• Provide accurate resolutions and maintain service quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues as per process guidelines.

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• At least 6 months of documented international voice experience from a technical process.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview and working; Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week, rotational week off.
