We are hiring candidates for a Customer Support – Inbound role in Delhi for a domestic process. Selected candidates will handle inbound customer support calls, resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls for a domestic process.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues as per process.

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work fixed general shift with Sunday fixed off.

🕐 Working Hours

Face-to-face interview; Fixed general shift, 6 working days per week, Sunday fixed off.
