Job Description

Handle customer queries and support in the Japanese language while maintaining service quality standards and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and support in the Japanese language.
• Provide accurate resolutions and maintain service quality standards.
• Translate or interpret communication between customers and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
• Escalate complex queries as per process.

Eligibility

• N2 certification in Japanese language is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Japanese and basic English.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Working Details

Face-to-face interview. Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week and rotational week off.
