Job Description

Handle customer queries and support in the Korean language while providing accurate resolutions and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and support in the Korean language.
• Provide accurate resolutions and maintain service quality standards.
• Translate or interpret communication between customers and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
• Escalate complex queries as per process.

Eligibility

• TOPIK Level 3 certification or above is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Relevant experience of 6 months to 1 year is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Korean and basic English.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Working Details

Face-to-face interview. Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week and rotational week off.
