📋 Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Analyst for a Regional Language Domestic Process in Jaipur. The selected candidate will monitor calls and interactions, evaluate agent performance and support quality improvement initiatives.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor calls and interactions to evaluate agent performance against quality parameters.
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to agents to improve call quality.
• Prepare quality reports and share insights with team leaders and operations.
• Identify recurring errors and recommend process or training improvements.
• Support calibration sessions with the training and operations teams.

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass.
• At least 6 months of voice process BPO experience.
• Good command of the regional language along with basic English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

🕐 Working Hours

Virtual mode of interview; Fixed general shift, 6 working days per week, rotational week off.
